How to immigrate to Canada for nannies and caregivers: programs and requirements
Canada often opens new pilot programs, including for immigration of nannies and caregivers.
At the moment there are 2 areas. They are closed now and will not open until 2024.

1. Home Child Care Provider Pilot.
This category includes occupations from NOC 44100 - home child care. Foster care provider experience is not counted.

2. Home Support Worker Pilot.
This category includes occupations from NOC 44101 - home support for the elderly and people with disabilities. Experience as a homemaker is not counted.
Programs launched on June 18, 2019 and are for 5 years.

The main requirement is to find a Canadian employer to work under one of the NOCs above.

The main advantage is that the employer does not need to obtain an LMIA to hire you. This simplifies the process of finding a job in Canada.
The process of applying for immigration as a nanny or caregiver will depend on your experience.
